I thought I’d re-introduce myself and give you a little insight into how I got to where I am. That is, teaching Pilates. Never be afraid to show up. Never be afraid to try new things. Because you’ll never know where you might take yourself 🤍✨ #pilates #pilatesinstructor #pilatesreformer #reformer #reformerpilates #reformerpilatesinstructor #pilatesvideo #pilatesinspiration #pilatesinspo #pilatesinspodaily #pilateslife #pilateslove #pilateslovers #balancedbody #creator #london #londonpilates #dancer #lululemoneurope #wellness #journey #wellbeing

Having a ‘PINCH MYSELF’ moment, seeing myself in @womenshealthaus December magazine 🙊 I talk about reinventing myself and navigating change, finding peace in sweat sessions, and the power of turning down the noise. Making small ideas turn into big ones. One step at a time ✨ #womenshealth #womenshealthmagazineaustralia #womenshealthmag #health #change #growth #mindset #power #strongwomen #inspire #motivate #pilates #fitness #dancer #changeyourmindset #mindsetmatters #reinventyourself #pilatesaustralia #pilatesinternational #fitnessmotivation #australia

PSA to all the instructors out there. Don’t forget to celebrate yourselves after a full day and week of teaching to others. You matter too! Remember, you showed up. You did it. So go out and celebrate yourself for doing your best. Even if it’s having a little boogie to your favourite song after a full day/week of classes. Do it. You deserve it. You did it✨🤍 #pilates #pilatesinstructor #instructorslife #celebrate

One of my favourite sequences I taught in lagree this week! Back Platform Red Cable Leg Kick outs and sweeps. Slow. Heavy. Testing stability. And all burn in all the right places 🔥 Studio @lagree_fitness_australia #lagree #lagreefitness #lagreemethod #strength #strengthtraining

The importance of simplicity. How creating tension over time through repetition creates more rewarding results ✨ Momentum looses tension. Lately, in my teaching, I’ve discussed to clients how using momentum during movement can loose the tension we are trying to create. My goal is to teach them how to move and why we should move that way. Somehow, the idea of ‘less is more’ has been lost. ‘Quality’ of movement always matters. How we go into a new exercise. The sets ups are important. The WHY we are doing this is important. The WHERE we are working is important. Not ‘quantity’. We don’t need to be doing big creative moves to show intensity and progression. It can simply be moving at a slower pace accompanied by using the breath and mind. Slow things down. Think before moving. Move with intention. Hold space with confidence. Use the breathe. Calm the mind. Be present. And focus on what’s happening in the moment as oppose to what needs to happen next. The movement itself will speak louder than words and allow things to happen naturally. ✨ Happy Sunday everyone 🤍 Studio @oneplayground North Sydney Wearing @lululemonausnz #pilates #reformer #pilatesinstructor #pilateseducation #control

One thing I love about Lagree is how slow it is. As a coach, one of my motos when teaching is: ‘Quality. Not Quantity.’ ✨ And with lagree you truly can focus more on the quality of the movement being executed because it is a slow-tempo and high-intensity workout that targets the entire body. Like in this Side Lying Leg Press, the glutes, outer thighs, and obliques are working under heavy loaded resistance, executed at a slow-tempo (4 seconds in/4seconds out) keeping the body under constant load over time 💪🏼 #lagree #lagreefitness #lagreemethod #strength #strengthtraining

Stillness is a powerful place✨ Since moving back home to Australia after living abroad on and off for over 10+ years, I am re-learning the act of stillness and self love. Some days have been great. Some have been a challenge. Change is scary. But change is growth! Being ok with telling myself to stop. Life doesn’t always have to be on fast forward. Adapting to change and knowing that I have also changed and grown as a person. My change may not align with what used to align with me. People. Ideas. Goals. It’s ok to let go so I can create space for new opportunities. Spending quality time alone and reminding myself that I don’t have to be doing something all the time with or without people to fill up the day that is today. Taking time to reconnect back with what inspires me. What fills my cup. Everyday is a new day to learn something new. The act of doing nothing whilst recharging and giving back to myself 🤍 #change #growth #selfcare #selflove #newchapter

Can finally announce that I’m now a Lagree Coach. 2026 for me, is the year of change. And change yes can be scary, but change is growth and change brings in new things! 😊 Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact, total-body workout using a mega former machine. It combines resistance training, cardio, and endurance, focusing on slow, controlled, constant-tension movements designed to activate slow-twitch muscle fibers without putting stress on joints.
