In the spirit of the @hridaya.yoga practice @giadasghrs invites you to join into a new space of silence and presence, where you can welcome whatever is arising, deeply and without judgment.
These sessions are an invitation to return to the heart, to feel life as it unfolds within you and to experience the peace and clarity that already reside in the present moment.
A moment to release tension, awaken awarenessand begin the day with gentleness and openness.
Each meditation practise will finish with a prayer for peace.
Let’s meditate together and rise collectively our awareness and consciousness into love.
