Went to the doctors today for a check up
My weight last time I was there was 138kg And High blood pressure…
Today I’m down to 108kg and a normal blood pressure.
30kg lost… 😌
Feeling good.

The Priest's Cottage
At the heart of Armley in Leeds, stands a building that has lived many lives — and refuses to let go of any of them.
Once a place of worship, later a cinema, and eventually a carpet store, its walls have seen generations come and go.
Long after the doors were closed and the lights dimmed…..... Something remained.

Today I climbed Snowdonia and laid my mum to rest in the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen.
The wind was strong.
The views were unreal.
And for a moment, everything felt peaceful.
She’s part of the mountains now.
Part of the sky.
Part of every climb I’ll ever do… and NEVER again 😂
