A measured reworking of an existing house, where the front volume is removed to establish a new sequence of spaces. A new sub-grade garage anchors the base, with living and entertaining above, and a primary suite set at the upper level.
The architecture is represented with a restrained palette—planar stone walls, warm timber, and plaster—composed to balance weight and softness.
At the motorcourt, a linear living water feature is set within gravel and seeded stone cobble, forming a quiet threshold and establishing the tone of arrival.
