Congratulations to GHC students Catelyn Fuentes, Emma Macalalad, and Xhanalyn Doo on receiving the award for "Best Middle School Documentary" at the Making Movies That Matter film festival! Several schools throughout the San Fernando Valley submitted more than 250 short films for the competition.
📚 Our grades 6–8 teams brought home third place overall at the Annual Regional Reading Decathlon at Sherman Oaks Center for Enriched Studies!
🏆 All of our teams performed incredibly well, and a special shoutout to The Page Turners (Hasom, Lily C., Alana M., Javier, Parnika, and Arjan) for taking first place in their division!
