Why : Being mostly a high-intensity exercise, jump squats burn a lot of fats & calories, which can help you lose weight as well. Improved measures of fitness. Jump squat training can help athletes improve their sprint time, vertical strength and range of motion.
How : Lower into a seated position & jump back up as high as you can. Land on your toes & smooth. Lower your arms as you jump up & bring them back towards your chest as you lower. Keep your back straight & don't let your knees go past your toes as you squat.
But : Form is King! So just make sure to work on it first. If you have knee, hip, or ankle probs, it's best to skip this one.
