Today marks the first day of #shelterinplace for some Bay Area residents. We are ordered to stay home until April 7 and I decided to make the most of it by going into my cellar and start enjoying some of the wines I’ve been sheltering. I decided to begin with my 2009 Syrah Hyde Vineyard, the first wine we ever produced at Mira. I must say I am very impressed by how youthful this wine is.
