Small Rain has won the PEN/Faulkner Award. I don’t know what to say, except that I’m very grateful to the judges, & very moved to see my book included alongside such excellent writers.
I’m so moved to share this cover for @luismunoz_poeta ’s ONE MOMENT, which I translated with @idranovey . The book will be out in May 2026 from @washingtonsquarepress . We’re so grateful to @kavehakbar.kavehakbar for his beautiful quote. A few days ago, at The New Yorker Festival, I told the story, I think for the first time in public, about how it was through reading & translating Luis’s poems, more than a dozen years ago now, that I first fell in love with him. I can’t wait to share this book with you. Watch this space for word about events & other release news. For now, please preorder it here (also in bio): /books/One-Moment/Luis-Munoz/9781668222386
