At 68, she runs a pasta-making class on GetYourGuide, greeting every student with the warmest hug before teaching pasta-making that’s story-filled and comes with wine and bruschetta made from olive oil from her own trees. For Rosella, widowed young and living alone, this work gave her life new purpose. “It keeps me young,” she says.
