His approach to the Brooklyn Half is simple:
1. Hydration starts the night before. Take 3 Salis tablets with water before bed. Wake up on race morning feeling ready to compete.

3. Run the first half with patience. The real race begins once you reach Ocean Parkway at Mile 7.
