Pregnancy changes everything — including how your body hydrates.
Your blood volume increases by up to 50%.
Your heart works harder.
Your nutrient demands rise daily.
And yet we’re told to “just drink more water.”
Water alone isn’t always enough.
Electrolytes help your body absorb and retain the fluids you’re drinking — which matters more when you’re building a human.
PRE was designed specifically for this stage.
Not for workouts.
Not for hangovers.
For pregnancy.
Labor burns up to 500 calories an hour, that’s an additional 2,000 calories in 24 hours. Your body is doing the work of an elite endurance athlete and it needs you to hydrate like one.
I’ve been in the room for 100+ births and I’ve seen firsthand how important hydration is during labor. But what the hospital offers you is unappetizing at best: lukewarm broth, off-brand jello, processed juice. So I made something better, something that can actually help.
PUSH is labor hydration formulated specifically for this moment — the right electrolytes, real fruit, no stevia, no weird aftertaste. And it dissolves clear so that your anesthesia team allows it.

You got this 💪
Postpartum is such a tender time and your body needs a lot of rest, and a lot of nourishment to heal. Luckily hydration is a simple way you can help your body recover.
Hydration:
•supports milk production
•accelerates tissue healing
•prevents constipation
•reduces swelling
•combats fatigue
•improves energy levels
•helps regulate blood pressure
The list goes on and on! It’s easy to overlook the impact of something so seemingly simple.
Our formula was made by IBCLCs, breastfeeding counselors, OBGYNS, dieticians and perinatal experts with every ingredient and amount intentionally chosen to support your recovery and milk production.
Postpartum is a LOT. Your body has just done one of the hardest things ever, and even if we cant see the wounds, that doesn’t mean they’re not there.
When in doubt slow down, take a breath and tune into what your body is telling you. 💗

Your body’s needs are different during pregnancy, and hydration is one of the most important ways to combat common symptoms.
We made hydration for motherhood, not the gym, with electrolyte amounts and ingredients specific to stage.
Our pregnancy PRE formula has everything you need, and nothing you don’t.
We got you 🍹
Sometimes pregnancy symptoms are not just because of pregnancy! Something as simple as hydration can have a huge impact. But water is not enough. Your body needs extra electrolytes during pregnancy to support the extra blood and plasma volume you are creating to feed and nourish your baby.
The body is amazing!! We just need to support it 🤰

Early labor is such an important time and it doesn’t need to be rushed. Follow what your body needs: rest, eat, movement, snoozing…
I see a lot of first-time parents panic and rush to the hospital at the first contraction. But often there’s a long road ahead 12-18 hours on average (1st baby).
Your body is doing a lot of work, even if we can’t see it. It needs your help.
Send this to your support person so they can remember these tips for you ❤️

Postpartum is such a tender time. We focus a lot of energy on the birth but it’s so important to prepare for postpartum.
The big questions are:
How will you eat? Freeze meals in advance, friend mealtrain, meal service like @wearechiyo or family cooking for you - make a food plan.
How will you sleep? Sleep is going to be interrupted in postpartum, do you have someone who can help you during the nights so you can get chunks of sleep? Plan to nap during the day when you can. It will get better as baby moves through the newborn stages.
How do you feel? Take it slow: bleeding can become heavier if we are too active too soon. Follow your bodies cues and take it slower than you think.
You’re amazing, you’ve done the hardest thing ever, and this will get easier ❤️

If no one warned you about the labor shakes, now you know…
The uncontrollable shaking, trembling jaw, or full-body shivers that can happen during active labor, transition, or right after birth can feel really scary if you’re not expecting it.
But in most cases?
It’s completely normal.
Your body is moving through:
*adrenaline surges,
*major hormonal shifts,
*temperature changes,
*and the intensity of birth itself.
It looks dramatic, but it usually isn’t dangerous.
The best thing you can do is not panic when it happens.
Let the shaking move through you, soften your jaw, take small sips of fluids, and let your support person help ground you.
Send this to whoever will be in the room with you during birth — because knowing what’s normal can help everyone be less afraid.
Save this for later 🩵
