I rmember this day so well. It started with me picking up the wordrobe from @queennagini27 in Harlem. I remember us having a quick but deep conversation about life and creating. From there taking the train then the bus alongside @vivathevisionary and @gerrellhankton to Fort Tilden beach breaking the ice with conversation about music. Once we arrive the weather was perfect and we were able to capture some great shots while dodging beach security who at one point tried to question us about permits which we didn’t have nor need. All in all a great spontaneous-like shoot with great people and great weather.
Recently came across an article that Malcolm X had written back in 1964 in The Egyptian Gazette titled Zionist ‘Logic’. In it he mentioned the quote “They cripple the bird’s wing and then condemn it for not flying as fast as they”
