Well done to Dr Linh Le, @Tanya (Thi Thanh Thuy) Tran, and ISS Institute Fellow Thuy Cao for delivering an engaging and insightful session. It was especially encouraging to see how AI is being applied to strengthen foundation skills, with a strong focus on communication, clarity, and real-world employability.
The feedback from the session highlighted the impact of personalised, AI-powered coaching, particularly in helping learners improve soft skills like empathy, engagement, and confidence.
