Here is a reminder that if you’re a broke bitch (like me) you don’t have to buy a fancy staff. You can use whatever. Broom, tree branch, oar… but the main thing is being okay with rolling something towards your face and being willing to try ❤️‍🔥💕💖 #youcanflowwitheverything

Playing around a little with double contact at @rohct_wellnessbar 🥳 flow nights here have become my safe space for trying out shit without being harsh on myself, I love watching new people come in and try things out ❤️‍🔥 Thank you for being my soul sister cheerleader @leeanna.hartman and for taking this video 💕🙏💕

When I saw this prop, I knew I had to have one. A huge thank you to the team at @dark.monk for putting together this custom dragon sword for me! I absolutely love it 🥰

This time of year gets extremely busy for me, working two Grand Canyon based jobs in spring is no joke. However, this morning I got a chance to take just a little time with my doggie and do a little flow hike before heading off for a sunset tour. I can’t explain how beautiful it is to just flow to the sound of the birds while enjoying my favorite Ponderosa Pineforest. So thankful for my backyard ❤️❤️❤️ Also in my little bit of free time I’ve been drilling this caged angel by @to.fu.con.tact 🥳 It’s beyond fascinating to me, the thought of caging a contact staff, and I’m excited to keep working on it. I’ll admit I thought I was getting cleaner with it, but trying it on an uneven hill definitely proved me wrong. C’est la vie 😂

Something personal that you guys don’t know about me is about four or five months ago my back started hurting pretty badly. So every day with even just small amounts of standing, walking, any type of play I’ve been doing it though shooting, excruciating pain. I think the hardest mental part for me was losing my clean matrix in this process. I had put in so much work to get a consistently clean matrix. Anyways a couple days ago my husband gets me some inserts for my shoes, and my back magically starts feeling a tiny bit better. After a couple days it’s not half as bad and I proceeded to have the best flow lunch I’ve had in forever yesterday, and guess what I did 🤣 Looking on the video you can see how genuinely happy I am to get a matrix at the end, so I thought I’d share. Hoping the pain continues to fuck off so I can start drilling harder things again.

I once heard something that changed the way I see mental illness. Some indigenous cultures didn’t treat it as a disorder. They saw it as a loss of balance - between a person and their spirit, their community, and the natural world. So instead of isolating people (like we do today) they surrounded them. With ritual. With nature. With belonging. It makes you wonder what healing might look like if the goal wasn’t to fix you, but to help you feel connected again.

The little things you forget. Sometimes you just need to pause and look around. Not at the money, not at the car, not at the things you’re still chasing; but at what’s already here. You can see. You can walk. You can sleep in peace. You can eat what you like. You can breathe without help. These things seem small until you meet someone who’s lost one of them. So take a breath. You’re already holding more blessings than you realize.

Going through wedding pictures that we just got back, and my heart is filled with happiness and joy. Marrying my best friend. Everyone who showed up to help more than I could ever have asked, my sister coming flying in from the other side of the world to save the day and my sanity, all the laughter and joy of having everyone I love close to me… I’m the luckiest girl in the world ❤️💕 @kevinthrowsthings Pictures by @mondo_art_photography Outfit by @slit_weave

“People won’t like me if they really get to know me” often comes from a young you, one who learned to hide to feel safe, and believed they were unlovable. Be gentle with that part. Look in the mirror and at a photo of younger you and say to both, “You have ALWAYS been lovable.”

All about the double fishy lifestyle 💕 It’s a good reminder that slow progress is still progress. If anyone knows good tutorials for double contact training please send them my way, I would be forever grateful ☺️
