Vulnerability post:
I’ve been a son, a brother, a friend, a lover, a coach, a family member and in all of those roles, I haven’t always gotten it right. I’ve made mistakes. I’ve hurt people I care about. I’ve loved deeply, and I’ve had moments where I completely broke down. Times where I questioned myself, my path, and who I was becoming. But no matter how far I felt from who I wanted to be, I always found my way back.
Back to discipline.
Back to growth.
Back to strength, mentally, physically, and now, spiritually.
There was a time when I relied only on myself. I thought I had to carry everything alone. But today, I see things differently. Now, I trust God’s timing.
I’m still growing. Still learning. Still becoming.
But I’m grounded in something deeper now and that’s making the difference.

May is always chaos season for me, birthdays, graduations, Mother’s Day, family time, the calendar stays packed. But no matter how busy life gets, I always make time for training. It keeps me grounded, focused, and honestly a little less crazy.
Now heading into week 4 of this new program and I’m really loving the progress so far. Consistency is paying off.

Coming up on 15 years as a personal trainer/coach, and I had a wild realization the other day… I’ll never know what it’s like to be coached by me. Honestly, that’s tragic. My workouts? Elite. My motivation speeches? Oscar-worthy. My playlists? Life-changing. I really got robbed of the full experience.

New program starts today, here are a few new clips mixed in with some older ones. I always enjoy switching things up. I typically change my training every 6-10 weeks, sometimes longer depending on how I’m feeling.
How often do you switch things up?
Are you following a program right now?
