I love the ocean, but sharks freak me out.. đŹ Had to suck it up so I could experience snorkeling. Took a boat way out in the ocean and jumped in!! Christ Of The Abyss in Key Largo. What an experience!! Mind blown!!

Down 85lbs as of today.. Added roughly 25+lbs of muscle.. so about 100lbs of total body recomp. Now I just keep lifting, maintain and keep building. Itâs been quite the journey so far..
