@beyondjuiceryeatery (80 locations) solved its franchise training problem with one simple tool. A visual training ladder with QR codes. Now franchise owners control where each employee starts training. No forcing experienced hires through basics. No losing part-timers who work 4-hour shifts. → The result? Higher completion rates and full buy-in from franchisees, who now have the flexibility they need. Jeff St. Andrew from Nostimo Brands nailed it: "Everything we do really heavily involves our franchisees." Because when training is simple enough that it actually gets done, everyone wins.

Are restaurants ignoring their customers’ struggles? In my chat with @get_Opus CEO @Rachael.Nemeth , I revealed a major industry blind spot: raising prices to offset costs without considering the financial strain on consumers. “We’ve taken a blind eye to what the consumer feels. And we’re now scrambling for AI and cost savings because we took too much price. How can I not take price anymore but lower my margins and increase my margins everywhere else?”
