Rest and mobility are key parts of recovery but so is how well you rehydrate.
During training, your body loses key electrolytes through sweat, including sodium, potassium and magnesium. Replenishing them helps support hydration, muscle function, recovery and how you feel going into your next session.
Rehydrate. Recover well. Stay salty.💧
A community of great people doing hard things.
From training days to race days, sauna sessions to recovery moments - we love seeing how REPOWR fits into your everyday routines.
We appreciate you all and love seeing every tag, session and moment along the way. 🫶
#Gifted | Honestly didn’t expect to love these as much as I do, but @get.repowr have become a non-negotiable part of my Pilates routine.
Reformer sessions are amazing; the concentration, the endurance, the precision; and by the time I’m done teaching back-to-back classes, my body is running on empty. These sachets have genuinely made a difference to how I feel mid-session and in my recovery after.
No crash, no bloat, just proper hydration that actually works. I mix one before or during a long teaching day and the difference is noticeable.
If you train hard and you’re not thinking about electrolytes- start. Your body will thank you. 🤍#Electrolytes #Hydration #ElectrolyteReplenishment #RecoveryNutrition
This ride was never really about cycling. It was in honour of a friend we lost too soon - a reminder that so many people fight battles silently, especially men.
Mental health conversations matter. Checking in matters. Speaking up matters.
Just a challenge chosen in the name of growth. ❤️

Did you know that salt is 38% sodium and 62% chloride? So, 2.6g of salt contains 1g (or 1,000 mg) of sodium.
Conventional medical guidelines recommend about 2.3g of salt per day. Yet, many leading doctors and biohackers recommend AT LEAST 5g per day, and a famous study in 2011 suggested anything less than 5g reduced life expectancy and increased cardiovascular risk. There is a huge disconnect.
Healthy people need more. Why is this? Because:
✔️ Healthy diets contain far less sodium than unhealthy diets
✔️Low sugar, low refined carbs means lower insulin (and healthier blood sugars), causing loss of fluid, along with loss of sodium.
✔️ Ditto for intermittent fasting
✔️ Regular exercise causes further sodium loss through sweat - about 1,150mg of sodium is lost (on average) per hour of intense exercise.
Our bodies are salty. You need more if you’re healthy. Get REPOWR to get the good stuff!
Suffer with cramp or feeling fatigued?
Not enough people prioritise hydration never mind quality of hydration.
Being just slightly dehydrated can have a massive impact on your overall performance.
“Around 2% dehydration can reduce endurance performance by roughly 5–15%, especially in heat”
You should be aiming for 2-4L of water per day. Depending on how active you are.
If you’re sweaty you should also be focusing on quality of hydration (electrolytes)
Being adequately hydrated helps with fatigue, cognitive function and performance.
I use @get.repowr electrolytes daily and have noticed a massive difference in my day to day life.
