The new 1,130sq.ft. single storey, pre-engineered support building provides storage & operational support, which helps staff access equipment & resources they need to deliver high quality, personalized care. This space plays an important role in enhancing care for folks with complex needs. 💙
✨Project highlights:
🏗️ Structural – Went in with conventional shallow foundations.
🔥 Mechanical – Next with energy efficient in floor heating powered by a combination boiler, also supplying domestic hot water.
💡 Electrical – Lit it up with efficient power distribution & thoughtful lighting layout to keep the space bright, safe, and low energy.
A small but impactful addition, with purpose. ✨

Sneak peek at the Warminster Ball Hockey Clubhouse project! 👀
This 2-storey, 3,500 sq. ft. clubhouse and two outdoor ball hockey arenas will offer a welcoming space for recreation and community connections in Warminster and beyond.
Our team delivered cross-discipline design:
🌿 Civil – Site grading, servicing, municipal connections
🏗️ Structural – Shallow concrete foundations, curtainwall support, steel stud framing
🔥 Mechanical – In floor heating, second floor ducted heat pumps, full plumbing systems
💡 Electrical – Fire alarm systems, arena lighting, hydro coordination
✔️ Life Safety Integration – Making sure every system works together seamlessly!
