zeit für eine neue rebellion! geronimo lädt zu zwei tagen feministischer perspektiven, kunst und musik im @dornheim_ ein. am mittwoch verwandelt sich der klub in einen ort voller kneipenflair, kunstinstallationen und musik. im biergarten erwarten euch tagsüber live-musik, performances, ein kunstmarkt und kinderprogramm.
im fokus steht eine zeitgenössische interpretation der forderungen der bauern von 1525 - ein aufstand für freiheit, gerechtigkeit und zusammenhalt. wir freuen uns auf euch!

it is time for a new rebellion! geronimo invites you to two days of feminist perspectives, art and music at @dornheim_ . on wednesday, the club will be transformed into a space full of pub flair, art installations and music. during the day, you can enjoy live music, performances, an art market and a children's program in the beer garden.
the focus is on a contemporary interpretation of the peasants' demands of 1525 - an uprising for freedom, justice and cohesion. we are excited to see you!

we have a creative kid's program on 1 May from 2 to 6 pm with different workshops, a bouncy castle and face painting for children!
“colour from the kitchen - creative fabric art with plant dyes“ – mini batik course with natural colours
in this workshop, children will discover how to dye fabrics naturally using simple ingredients from the kitchen. individual patterns are created using folding and tying techniques –
each piece is unique!

“dice stories, draw pictures“ – comic workshop
with the 'magic story generator' and a 20-sided dice, crazy story ideas are created. the children develop their own stories and creatively realise them as comics – imaginative, funny and completely individual.
“printing justice“ – creative workshop on the peasants’ war
what does justice feel like - then and now? in this workshop, children and young people approach the topic of the peasants' war in a creative way. after a brief introduction to the historical movement and its social background, we discuss today's injustices together. the children then design their own shields of arms as personal symbols of their values, wishes or protests. these will be realised using printing techniques such as linocut or stamp printing.

“forging jewellery“ – your own brass ring
in this workshop, children make their own brass ring – just like real goldsmiths! the metal is soldered, hammered to the right size and customised. at the end, each child takes home a piece of jewellery that they have forged themselves!

for our art market on 30 April from 5 to 10 pm, we have different artists selling unique and limited things – perfect as a gift four your friends, family or even yourself! you can find 3D-printed lamps in different shapes, key rings out of plexiglas, handmade small vulva artworks, various postcards, prints, books, magazines and much more. we are excited to see you there!

Dolomea (live)
Dolomea (Berlin) doesn’t only craft her own sounds but also works as a mastering engineer (olo mastering, scape mastering). her live sets deliver off-kilter grooves interlaced with fragmented, vocal-based samples, driven by elements of acid and trance, sometimes entering realms of minimal techno and electro. steadily progressing, they build up tension and take you on excursions through her carefully-crafted, psychedelic soundscapes.

Chesna
Chesna’s sound is dark, layered, and sharp, blending electro and acid breaks with solid, grounded sounds. her focus is on discovering new sonic landscapes, driven by the desire to explore and create something unexpected for herself and those around her.

yuri
yuri is a somewhat illusive character at the spearhead of the 404 gatherings. actively taking part in the electronic music exchange in the cities offenbach and frankfurt, his sound defines as surreal with dream like sequences to stimulate the listeners imagination and thought process

Jay Lee Primus
Jay Lee Primus is a textile designer specializing in tailoring, upcycling, and artistic garment creation. her focus lies in crafting custom suits for female-presenting individuals – as a symbol of emancipation, self-determination, and empowerment for flinta* communities.
through creative upcycling, she breathes new life into old materials, transforming them into unique pieces that express identity, emotion, and purpose. for Jay, clothing is a powerful form of expression – personal, political, and unapologetically bold.

Unordnungsamt has no time for law & order, borders and bureaucracy, stages full of pricks, careers and crises, stereotypes, the system and annoying band announcements. punk, folk, rock music with accordion, viola, electric guitar, bass, clarinet, harmony vocals and drums.

DJ PAIN
DJ Pain’s debut during a siesta in italy was a wake-up call to even the deepest sleepers of trash pop. since then, their sets have been defined by a fearless love of pop anthems, one-hit wonders and catchy tunes from across the decades - bold transitions included. the style? energetic, painfully good and always unexpected. with this versatility and an uncanny feel for the vibe, this mercurial talent also spins at weddings as DJ ChamPAIN. in 2021, DJ Pain was awarded a golden record by her ever-growing fan base, the legendary DJ Pain Ultras.

Radiorösi
it all started when Radiorösi was six — messing around with a mixing console in his childhood bedroom. inspired by his father, also a dj, he devoted himself to the medium of vinyl records from the very beginning. for him, these sound carriers have a unique appeal, which makes them ideal for collecting. he believes that the concept of “djing” already defines his approach. “after all, it means djing, not pushing in, pulling over or clicking on.” if you try to pin him down to one genre, Radiorösi shows little inclination to commit himself in this respect. from appa to zappa, from ac/dc to zztop - Radiorösi plays everything, regardless of whether it is considered “hot stuff” or “trash”. this unprecedented variety has always inspired him and and especially his audience.

Alicia Brunner
Alicia Brunner works at the intersection of organic material and digitally generated content. her visual compositions emerge from a layered combination of photography, 3D renderings, and film footage, interwoven with textures and structured elements. from this, she develops a distinctive aesthetic that oscillates between reality and simulation – atmospheric, hypnotic, and powerful.
Alicia visually interpreted and realised the theme "freiheit feiern, fesseln sprengen" for the GERONIMO // REBELLION posters and social media on april 30th and may 1st. thank you Alicia!

Amy
Amy processes experiences from a male-dominated study and work environment in her art. her works show relentlessly what everyday sexism looks like - not loudly, but quietly, constantly present and deeply rooted.
using diary entries and other media, she reveals how these moments constantly challenge women and add up to a systematic inequality in professional environments.
Amy remains elusive, almost mythical – like schrödinger’s cat. you won’t know if she is real until you look closely. but her shadow alone is enough to unsettle the patriarchy. her art confronts, challenges, and creates space for resistance – nerdy, feminist, and unapologetic.

ATE stands for bold illustrations, clean lines and a visual language that moves between pop culture, street art and ornamental elements. they take everyday images, put them through the ATE filter and turn them into distinctive works of art - on facades, posters, packaging or objects in public spaces.
