A little late to the party, but wanted to share a few 2023 highlights. So many wonderful memories from Jan and Feb in NZ (and some not so wonderful ones. Countless flats on the North Island, a cyclone, being terrorized by possums and 🐗boars at night, gravel soup, relentless headwinds, knee injuries, ect.) I’ll have to do a part 2.
Last month, I had the honor of witnessing my friends Tim and Cheyenne get married. Tim and I met in Yosemite in 2022 while I was on a road trip. We only hung out for about a week, but we quickly became friends. We stayed in touch, and I was thrilled to be invited to their wedding. I felt so welcomed by everyone there, and it was such a beautiful and authentic ceremony! Congratulations, Tim and Cheyenne Moon!! 🌙
1 min of dad turns. Thank you Dylan and Julien and all the lovely ppl we met who made this such a fun trip. And to @brostruplandstad for going for another lap with me and finding my camera I lost in the snow!!
I’ll share some more pics and vids soon :) #gaijinwinter
Some touring highlights from this past winter. A winter of cruising around in the mountains with friends and family ❤️🔥 I’m thoroughly enjoying summer and at the same time already excited for this coming winter. I’m starting a list of things I’d like to ski next year, hopefully a couple traverses and plenty of hut trips :-)
