Sweet sweet memories of Breathe Easy Winter 2025. A special weekend on Ramindjeri Ngarindjeri yaluwar ruwe.
Thanks to all who have contributed to @breathe_easy_revegetation over the last 6 years. From humble cliffside tree planting in the covid years with Yeohaus to folk tales and sand dune soundsystems curated by the brother Jay Garland.
I love going back to all the little patches of bush we have tended to over the years. Little plants are now trees and weedy scrub is now seed producing bush.
I'm handing the project over to the exceptional Aussie Redden, you can call him any time to chat native trees, the importance of arts in environmentalism and general australian bush nonsense (0499 099 199).

Beautiful time warming in the new year with friends and wind and music.
This is a playful installation @piapaella and I put together. I'm calling it 'Tha Mystics' - it seemed to give the southerly winds some form and colour and danced and breathed with the music.
Hand dyed bed sheets from opshops and galvanised steel fixtures from northern suburbs warehouses. We tried to bring a galactic, biological, whimsical sort of artwork to the rolling hills of Red Gum bush.
Thankyou Moonjelly ☀️

We've just released a small travel film on YouTube, search - Pamoja Project.
It's a small look into our friend Oscar and his dreamy tropical tanzanian life. We're also fund-raising $200 to send to him to help him see through this year's harvest. There's a link in my bio to the fundraiser. It's just a collective gift to Oscar and his family.
