Cheers to everyone who listened to my album this year. Really appreciate the messages too. It's obviously struck a chord with a fair few of you! Hoping to get cracking on album no. 2 in the new year. Meanwhile, this one is back in stock, this time in lovely racing green vinyl. Only 500 made this time so get them while you can for Christmas! /

The other day I walked east from my house. It was a day to remember. It usually is when you stay curious and leave the beaten path. Watch this adventure on patreon: /c/geowizard

This is Luke. A regular, humble lad from my running club who only started running 2 years ago. Last Sunday he rocked up at Trafalgar square having ran a staggering 2,250 miles (3,600km) from the most northernmost point in Norway (Nordkapp) in just 71 days. That's 31 miles (51km) per day. I joined him on the outskirts of London for the final 13 miles of his epic journey, and here he is looking less tired than me. I'm posting this partly because I think what he's done is absolutely inspirational to anyone who is thinking about setting themselves a challenge, but also because it's for a great cause. "Kids' Village is building the UK's first respite holiday village just for children with critical illnesses and their families. A place where they can be themselves again and spend time with those closest to them for a well deserved respite break away from hospitals and the trauma of having a critical illness." Here's the link if you want to chip in and help Luke reach his target: https://givestar.io/gs/luke-bellingham--norway-to-london-run Cheers for reading everyone, have a top week.

We go again 😢 When it comes to supporting England, and life in general, it's all about enjoying the journey. Embracing the highs and the lows. The full story of how I made it to Berlin and then managed to wangle a last minute ticket next to the legend that is @hardestgeezer will be on YouTube in 10 days or so. Gareth, you've given me the best years of my life as an England supporter and memories I'll treasure forever.
