Honestly… I thought it would just be fun content for the ‘gram.
Actually… it was very moving and inspiring and exciting and fun!
My aura was bright orange and the word she kept coming back to was optimism. ✨
Positive energy, sharing my positive energy, creativity, trusting my gut and actually DOING the things I’ve been thinking about. I connected with it all wayyyyyy more than I thought I would! 🧡 I’m still buzzing.

1️⃣ How long have you been coming to KX Noosa?
Since day one — I was waiting at the door in Feb 2023.
2️⃣ Go-to move or love/hate exercise?
Still terrible at planks after 10 years. Hate them. I’d rather do burpees or help anyone over 60 reset their Wi-Fi. I fake thirst when they start. But flying splits? Love — they make me feel like a pro.
3️⃣ How has KX impacted your life?
Stronger, sharper, and way calmer when my kids are slow at getting in the car. I’ve never felt this strong — and it feels pretty amazing in my (late-ish) 40s.
4️⃣ Advice for first-timers?
Do it scared! No one knows what they’re doing at first. The vibes are high, the instructors are fab, and the playlists are bangers.
5️⃣ Favourite trainer?
As if I’d choose! But here’s why I love the ones I train with:
✨ Ely — Her sound effects and spontaneous dance breaks give me life. Sweet... but sneaky hard!
💪 Tiff — Calm, knowledgeable, and quietly destroys us in the best way.
☀️ Holly — Pure sunshine. You’re sweating and smiling.
🔥 Tracey — A total pro. I’ve followed her to every studio she’s ever taught at. Makes you want to work harder just to make her proud. Also... I want her arms.

Baz Laz has wrapped up his final chapter… no more hospitals just blue skies, big laughs and (we hope) an endless supply of Pure Blonde at the Surf Club In The Sky.
