Today we are featuring West Forsyth HS, who participated in a number of GeorgiaMBC events in 2025! West Forsyth is under the direction of Keith Clupper and Nick Tucker, and their production was entitled "6th Gear".

We're happy to feature the Hoover HS Competition Band from Hoover, Alabama! Hoover is under the direction of Ryan Fitchpatrick, Matthew Cicero, and Emily Monson! Their 2026 production was entitled "Where the Wild Things Are" and they finished with a Bronze Medal finish at GeorgiaMBC: Buford!

Welcome to another throwback Thursday - where we feature the fantastic ensembles that participate in the GeorgiaMBC circuit!
Next up, we have the North Gwinnett HS Bulldog Marching Band! The NGHS Marching band is under the direction of Brandon Soloff and Greg Gibson. Their 2025 show was entitled "Underground Symphony", and featured "Eleanor Rigby", "Going on a Date", "Morning Smiles", and "Empire State of Mind". NGHS participated in two GeorgiaMBC shows and took home a champion trophy from the GeorgiaMBC: Mill Creek competition!

Next up is the Southeast Whitfield HS Marching Raiders, under the direction of Ashley Hooker Huggins - based in Dalton, GA! Their show this year was entitled "Forged" and featured "Resonance", "Titanium", and "Tempered Steel"! Congrats to the development and hard work that the SWHS band put in this season at the GeorgiaMBC Chattahoochee and East Jackson competitions.

First up: the @johnscreekband under the direction of Bryan Daniels and Ty Cundy! John's Creek's show, "Shades of Blue", featured "Rhapsody in Blue" and "Hymn to a Blue Hour", and was full of incredible solo moments and emotional tutti hits.
What group should we feature next?
As we head into WGI season, I wanted to take a moment and highlight some of our very favorite photos from the ENTIRE @georgiambc circuit. 34 fantastic groups competed this season in the circuit, and getting to capture them was a true joy. It’s been an amazing season of supporting the marching arts here in the southeast.
Now that the season has cooled off for a week, I wanted to take some time to reflect on this incredible year! Swipe thru ➡️ to see all of the data and stats I’ve collected over the season!
My goal has always been to support as many students as possible in the marching arts - from the 1A to the open class, from the big suburb to the rural town. We try to make every single performer feel like a rockstar, because they are. All without ever charging a single family to download or use a photo.
