“On Friday the 7th of July at 7am we lost our incredible son, brother & friend Caleb Gutierrez Quaye.
Nothing will ever replace the fierce light he bought to us. Nothing can ever diminish the impact he had in his fast & furious ride through life
He was a wild flame that always kept us warm, but sadly sometimes burned too hot.
Thank you to his brothers Seb, Alfie, George H, George U, Jacob, Zac & Alex for being there, holding us close from the minute he left us and for holding us up when we thought we might fall in the face of this weight. These days are lighter for your presence.
Thankyou to the all the friends past & present who have reminded us of the unrelenting (literally) joy he offered all who met him, or crossed his electric storm of a path.
In the end the days of any life can only be measured by the life in its days and Calebs days were limitless, timeless and endless
As he told us whenever he was late, lost or unable to live his light... "time was mean to me" in this case, for him & for us, it really was.

Caleb, my man. I feel so honoured to have been lucky enough to call you my friend. A beautiful soul with the purest outlook. You taught me so much about music, friendship and, in your own special way, life. I will always remember the memories we have and look back on them as some of the fondest moments of my life.
Thank you so much to Phil and Mercedes for being so helpful and present in these times and equally holding us all together.
