Fashion can be a tool, a way to connect to yourself, to reflect on your most authentic self, and how you show up to the world. It can be that deep.
In a world where dressing has become convenient because of trends, online shopping, fast fashion, we rarely talk about what it ~feels~ like to style yourself as YOU. Most people pick what’s easy to shop or “relevant,” and in the process, lose connection to their own expression.
During the Netflix Wellness Day, I shared what it’s like to dress from ESSENCE rather than convenience, to start with how you want to feel, to choose pieces that carry energy, meaning, and confidence. Clothes can be a way to embody your best self, not just fill your closet.
Exploring your personal style is beyond technique or trends. It’s a form of self-expression and inner alignment. When you dress intentionally, you’re tuning into your core, and that shows in how you move, how you feel, and how you show up in life. <3
Thank you Netflix PH, for inviting our collective and I LOVE the initiative of giving your employees a wellness space! And sooo grateful for Miss Kiks(
@kikstartlove ) & Carla (
@_carlacab ), for INSPIRING ME and encouraging me to share this perspective.
Seeing people engage, reflect, and enlightened during my sessions reminded me why I’ve always believe in this work. I felt so in my element connecting, yapping, listening, guiding people over something I love sharing (napaos ako and had to recover after lol) Def one of the interesting highlights of my 2025 that I feel like worth sharing 🫶🏻✨
