My pink strawberry cardigan is giving me the power to make down tempo house. It’s been awhile, but I really love this one so definitely let me know what you think!
Nocturnals only.
I submitted the intro song to my new album to @earcheck and won the best song of the night. Def go check them out because I won song competitions before, but after watching them for awhile, their reviews feel a little more authentic. I appreciate yall for taking a listen!
S/o the GOAT @curtissking for checking out the intro song on my new album GHOSTwurld. I also included some clips from other streamers’ reaction to the same track.
I don’t know why, but self promoting my own music feels so incredibly cringe every time I do it but I’m actually really really really proud of this video. If ya’ll know me, you’ll RARELY ever hear me brag about anything I do but like...I spent A TON of time on this song and for people to pick up on the little nuances makes it all seem worth it. Anyways, I appreciate ya’ll for listening more than you know!
MY NEW ALBUM IS OUT ON ALL PLATFORMS NOW!
This one is a departure in a lot of ways from all my previous albums. This is the first project that I really didn’t show anyone, had minimal feedback, and just made what I wanted to make.
Since I haven’t had a lot of external input during the making of it, I’m even more excited to hear what ya’ll think of it now. At just 25 minutes, it’s a very musically dense album. Super compact and constantly changing. I pushed a little heavier into my musicianship side on this project than previous, which I’m sure some will like more and some will like less, and that’s completely okay! I’ve just been gravitating much more to technical music as of late and wanted that to show through, but I’ve always thought there was a happy marriage of “catchy” vs “technically sound” living somewhere in the ether and this was my attempt at finding it.
As with all my other albums, I made all the instrumentals, wrote everything, recorded all the vocals and mixed/mastered it myself.
Okay, enough yapping. I AM DYING to know what everyone thinks of this project so once you get a chance to listen, please lmk!
THANK YOU I LOVE YALL
Sometimes you gotta set a timer for 20 minutes and make a song to get the “you need to write a good song” anxiety out. Sometimes you end up liking that 20 minute song and shoot a quick video for it. #ableton #abletonpush
