From conception to delivery - BMW iX3 launch at Sytner BMW, Cardiff 🚘
For the BMW iX3 launch, Genero was proud to lead the event from initial concept creation through to full live delivery.
Working closely with Sytner BMW, we developed the creative direction for the evening - shaping the Q&A format and live DJ finale to ensure the launch felt dynamic, engaging and reflective of the BMW brand. From early planning and supplier coordination to full technical production and event management, our team oversaw every moving part.
The event opened with a welcome from the Head of Business, Keith Farrell. Followed by an engaging Q&A with Joe Ledley and Alun Wyn Jones, hosted by Geraint Hardy. A standout car unveil formed the centrepiece of the night, supported by immersive audio-visual production that elevated the reveal moment.
Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed premium food and drink service from our catering supplier Spiros, seamlessly integrated into the flow of the event to enhance the overall experience. The night concluded with a live DJ set from Katie Owen, bringing energy and atmosphere to close the launch in style.
