Jambalaya arts has served as our practice space , our stage and where everything started for us. This is our home, this is where we made our dreams happen , all those nights of gear sharing our stuff just to see our community thrive and through all the broken chordes , drum heads , sweat and tears, we reached our goal , we are able to sit back and watch and the wounderful art and music that spawned from us doing these shows and sharing all these wounderful memories with all of you.
We ask you once more to come to the jamb , but this time come help us celebrate everything we worked towards and poured our hearts into, help us celebrate the journey and 10 years of our music being in your ears with fists in the air, come celebrate you and the community we hold so dear and for at least one night forget about how fucked up the world is and share this night with eachother one last time before we have to put our songs where our mouths are and fight for what we believe in.
This album is about how we live , how we survive how we come to terms with the reality before us and how we make the change. Be the change you want to see in the world and never forget theres more of us that want a bright future then those who want to expolit and steal it. Lets show em how angry we are , lets show them what we are truly made of.
No godz, no masters, no kings, nothing but you, me and our faith in eachother, this is what we are about this what means to follow our music ,
