We are so pleased to announce that thanks to the Scottish Government's Communities Health and Well being Fund our lovely Move for Your Mind dance class will be returning from 22nd April. This class is open to any adult or older person living with a neurological condition such as Parkinson's or Dementia. There will be refreshments and social time included in this session and it's completely FREE! to attend. Day: Wednesday
