📆 Only one week after the Congress of the Brazilian Knee Society, the biennial congress of the Brazilian Foot and Ankle Society (ABTPé) took place in Sao Paulo from 18 to 21 April 2026. 👣 More than 700 foot and ankle surgeons from all over Brazil attended the congress in the prestigious Clube Atlético Monte Líbano. Led by Marco Túlio Costa, the congress attracted even more participants than expected and can be truly called a success. The international speakers provided another added value as well and made the event to a global exchange of experts. “I was highly impressed by the enthusiasm, the openness and the pace of the Brazilian foot and ankle community,” says Steven Kramer, who represented Geistlich on site together with Paula Lima Ferreira. 💡 The versatile use of Chondro-Gide allows the application of the proven AMIC technique in synovial joints - the lower extremities provide many possible indications from the MTP joints to the ankle joint.
