Today it's our fabulous queen of socials @geeproduction_ showing off these two belters!
One for the beer heads, @deyabrewery created "Bela's Knap" by refermenting a mixed ferm beer on fresh raspberries. The base bled is moderately acidic with minimal oak flavours to let the raspberries show themselves. The fruit itself brings heady, fresh raspberry flavour and lifts the beer with more acidity. The finish is quick, dry and clean.
@piltoncider have brought together the world of apples and grapes together with "In Touch 4". This is a blend of naturally sweet keeved ciders, in contact with pinot noir and Bacchus grape skins.
