0426. utshazâiimpuzi - month of the withering pumpkins.
boyyy did april have us feeling like withering pumpkins lmao.
life is at that point where it just kind of stuns you into silence you know? like there isnât much to say because so much is being said. so much of nothing is happening and so much of everything is happening all at the same time. lots of questions, even more confusions. unsettled and fatigued with very little reason to be it feels - because what are we even doing that warrants this exhaustion? we keep asking ourselves.
at the same time though, we feel quite present. and perhaps thats what makes it feel so pressing and somewhat crushing. the being here, in our body. at this moment and having it all feel so strangely crippling. like where to from here?
we have no answers and the journeys ahead feel rather unclear. so damn muddy and unclear. but we are still here.

before we was reminded we had to tape a 120 roll shut once ejected lol. these felt like happy accidents though because we love em and we felt challenged which is always fun. keep trying to figure out where we were for each layer we find in the photographs. so much more careful and sparing with medium format now, itâs wonderful really.

0326. eyokwindla - an incredibly fruitful month of the first fruits.
march was so damn sweet and tasty. our senses fulfilled abundantly and our being stretched in more ways than one.
affirmed and loved we felt, both in community and in solitude.
what a wonderful form to close up the first quarter. an all encompassing offering - one we are joyously thankful for. one we have not much to say about because you just had to be there. man, the moments and feelings were just indescribable.
heavy are the burdens of the world, it is painfully apparent. and so we remain grateful for the privilege to still taste its sweet fruits when life allows.
