Planning and curating the Free Arts NYC 23rd Annual Art Auction honoring @futuradosmil for the past 8 months would have been impossible without this incredible group of artists. I’ve long admired their work, but I am especially humbled by their generosity and commitment to supporting a more equitable art world for the next generation of creatives. Free Arts is just one of many worthy charities that asks these artists to support yearly and that is not lost on me!!The world feels so heavy and sad right now, but swipe for an email I got from one of the contributing artists that made me feel a little better.All works are available for bidding on Artsy and you know the link is in my bio ️‍ 2 week countdown to celebrating in person for the first time in 2 years.

our baby is THREE!!!a year of magic and big changes and she handled it all with so much resilience and joy. we are so proud of her ️the soundtrack to our lives is kpop, frozen, that song perfect day from legally blonde, nelly furtado, and cowboy music.she loves drawing, hosting parties, playgrounds, baby versions of anything, coffee and tea, nail polish, ballerina dresses (every dress is a ballerina dress), snuggling, blankets, not wearing pants, rolling up her sleeves, using the potty (!!), forts, backyard fires, s’mores, the beach, new york city, covering her ears when she’s scared, reading the same book on repeat for weeks, all her stuffed animals, karaoke, doing everything HERSELF, and becoming a big sister

promised myself I wouldnt do the 10+ photo dump buttttt I turned 35 in my favorite city and hometown among family, oldest friends (and their kids?!), some great exhibitions and endless style insp (see slide 10+12), and delicious food (bar contra, kono, the pizza spot on 125th and home cooked meals) and too many late nights, and I haven’t had a voice for 6 days but it was worth it
