Great Southern HM. 2nd Fastest HM time, and only my third time running a sub 2 hour half marathon. Interesting hybrid course with trail, road and sand. Lots to tempt every class of runner. 😉Got to love 🥰 being surrounded by plenty of inspirational friends & runners.

I love to challenge myself, stay fit & healthy and ultra runners and trail runners are the best people/athletes I know. Noone judges you if you run 59km in 6 hours or 16 hours. They just say a genuine well done! I just really like the community we have here!

Loved the 5*800 with a 400 break inbetween today with the Speedsters group and Annie on wednesday. Noticed my fitness level vO2 max has gone up to 48! (Fit as a 20 year old 😅!)
