2022 I learnt what it truly means to trust God and wait on Him.
I learnt to let go, let God and love after letting go. I learnt patience, what it means to be broken, the building process.
I learnt what it means to be lost and found, to surrender.
I learnt to use God's word to navigate through life. (allowing the WORD be a lamp unto my feet)
This year, I had a full understanding and experience of "All things work together for good to them that love God and are called according to His purpose".
Now I can say All the ups and downs were beautiful and worth it, God was with me all through.
2022 was beautiful, 2023 can only be Better.❤💫
As much as I wasn't very active this year, one thing I got involved in and loved was joining the Letter to a Lady initiative @lettertoalady .
The Mentorship support programme taught me selflessness, patience, consistency(still learning tho).
By the way, @amakaofulue is doing an amazing selfless job with this initiative.
Going out to schools to speak/meet with the students came with an awaken feeling cos I didn't feel too far from them so I could still relate with them, and it made me realise that at every point in our lives we always need something/someone to lead us, to help us navigate and help us know that we can get it right. At Queens College especially, the girls kept coming to ask me questions, and in my head I'm like ''I don't have it figured out yet too".
I've come to realise figuring life out is endless, this is our first time doing life anyways, we didn't come to this world with prior experience, there's always something new to uncover, a new junction to decide which path to follow.
Thankfully, God is a light to my path.
