Mathias Lynghamar, winner of Rising Star 2026, visited Gastro Studio to prepare the main course that helped secure his victory in the cooking competition for rising stars in the Danish culinary scene.
He served the judges a dish inspired by Nordic cuisine – cod fried on bread with ramson oil and a rich mussel sauce.
