Ciavuru is a collection of objects born from the interaction of contrasting materials and moving forms.
Plaster and textile create flexible structures that respond to touch and transform space.
Light bends, tilts, and follows the body.
Each piece invites interaction, opening a new relationship between form, function, and use.
The collection will be exhibited at @piet_hein_eek during #dutchdesignweek .
Metallic drops take on a new form through Bedda Matri, the mother machine that generates them with a controlled yet never identical rhythm.
It is not merely a tool, but a cooperative organism: more womb than mechanism, giving life to living matter, ready to be transformed.
From this process emerge objects woven into a shared narrative.
Amuri, a steel bench with an expansive surface, becomes a stage for bodies seeking, approaching, and distancing themselves from one another. It is a space of encounter, pause, and tension, where intimacy and distance merge in a dancing gesture.
Travagghiu is a female figure that evolves over time, balancing fragility and strength, transforming the weight she carries into light and connection.
This collection will be presented as part of the group exhibition @nazesuur during @dutchdesignweek 2025

🔸️Announcing Gaspare Como @gas3como
Venice Design Biennial | Collectible
Gaspare Como’s artistic vision is rooted in a desire to bridge the gap between art and product design, creating pieces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
At the upcoming Venice Design Biennial, Como invites us to imagine new dimensions of human experience to learn from shadows, falls, and shortcomings. His work is not a simple chair but rather a welded steel design object that rebels against its original function due to its unexpected tilt.
"Camurrìa" sculpture deceives the viewer while simultaneously highlighting the transformative potential of the environment.
See you soon in Venice, Gaspare!

The journey continues in Turin!
Since yesterday, my Camurria chair has been on display at the @Paratissima exhibition thanks to the Contemporary Vision award I won last year.
Camurria is a term that indicates an annoyance, an element of discomfort, but for me, it can become a stimulating vibration that interferes with tranquility, giving rise, like a domino, to a succession of reflections and transformation from reality.
This is not a simple chair, but a welded steel design object that rebels against its original function due to its unexpected inclination. It does not aim to be comfortable or reassuring but rather to give an incentive to explore the unknown. #art #design #exibition #torino #torinoarte #torinoartweek #paratissima #paratissimatorino
It’s been a whirlwind of creativity these past few weeks! Getting ready for my exhibition at @dutchdesignweek has been my main focus. The journey is far from over, but the early results are already filling me with joy!
Working with steel and bronze is a challenge that has captivated me for years. I transform these tough materials into soft, flowing shapes, blending tradition and innovation. Each creation is a journey, an exploration of my new techniques, and an opportunity to express my creativity. And the satisfaction of seeing an idea take shape is priceless.
