Big life update.
I’ve joined GM Performance Power Units as Chief Information Officer, helping build the technology, systems and digital capabilities behind a new Formula One power unit programme backed by General Motors and TWG Motorsports.
After two decades working on the rights-holder side of Formula 1, the opportunity to build something from the ground up again was too good to miss.
The twist is that this role... is based in Charlotte, North Carolina! Later this summer, my family and I will be relocating to the US and starting this new chapter together.
Looking forward to getting started and working alongside some exceptional people already bringing this programme to life.

Life update.
Friday was my last day at @haasf1team .
Ten seasons.
The longest continuously contracted employee in the team’s history.
An era ends.
I joined at inception, persuaded by @lifeofsteiner to take a chance on a bold, little-known American entrant that initially planned to run entirely from the U.S.
That vision evolved fast, a UK base, global operations, North Carolina HQ, race weekends around the world, and I’ve spent the past decade helping build it.
From scratch, we created the team’s global digital capability: systems, infrastructure, data, people. Through volatility, regulation shifts, cost caps, global disruption, we matured from ambitious start-up to efficient, world-class racing organisation.
So why now? I’ve been offered a unique opportunity to help shape a new motorsport project.
