My journey has taken me to some of the most incredible places in the world, like Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and into the paths of so many incredible humans, but the last few days of this journey has been special and humbling beyond words. Days I will never forget. The world seems to be uniting around the theme of self care, Bio-optimization and longevity. Humanity is waking up to the idea that we can change the pace and direction of aging. Maybe the GOAT that exemplifies this Cristiano Ronaldo. He and his family share a fascination with me around the human body’s incredible ability to heal itself, repair, perform, function and thrive and ultimately defy the very process of biological aging! Cristiano and his beautiful family…wife, children and inner circle all share this curiosity and it was an honor to meet them and spend a day with them deep in the discussion and science if human longevity. It’s so inspiring to see living examples of discipline, biohacking, nutrition and science proving the impossible and I am honored to be a small part of this journey.

Morning breathwork within 30 minutes of waking.
Three rounds. Five deep breaths per round to start. On the fifth breath, exhale fully and hold as long as you comfortably can, then take one obnoxiously deep inhale, hold, and release.
