A huge thank you to our S&C Partner, Gameready Performance, and especially our Strength & Conditioning Coach, Cal Read.
Over the past 12 weeks, Cal has gone above and beyond designing our gym program, running sessions at Game Ready, and attending trainings to deliver fortnightly on-court S&C sessions and fitness testing.
The squad is in peak condition thanks to the work being done behind the scenes, and we can’t wait to see all that hard work come to life on the court in just one week! 🔥💪

I was lucky enough to get over to Adelaide to run some small group camps, and the crew at Game Ready Performance made the whole thing possible. From the moment the first group stepped on the court, the energy was unreal. The athletes didn’t just show up, they got straight after it. Every session had intent, focus and a real hunger to improve.
Adelaide, you guys seriously brought it. The turnout was awesome, but what stood out most was how hard everyone worked and how much pride the athletes took in the details of their game. That’s the type of environment that builds something special.
Massive thanks to the Game Ready team for backing it and helping make it happen. Really proud of what we started this weekend and excited to keep building on it. This feels like the beginning of something really strong over there.
