春花糕

早春最先出现的花,常常是路边不起眼的小黄花。
用旧木模轻轻压印,一朵花开在糕上。
小吊梨汤
秋月梨 · 雪梨 · 桃胶 · 银耳
惊蛰过后,古人说可以多饮梨。
秋月梨、雪梨配桃胶、银耳与新枸杞,在土锅中小火慢煨。
润燥,也让气息慢慢舒展开来。

Spring Blossom Cake

The first flowers of early spring are often the small yellow blooms by the roadside.
Gently pressed with an old wooden mold, a flower opens quietly upon the cake.
Stewed Pear Dessert
Autumn Pear · Snow Pear · Peach Gum · Tremella
After Jingzhe, it is said that pears are especially beneficial.
Autumn pear and snow pear are slow-simmered with peach gum, tremella, and fresh goji berries in a clay pot.
Moistening and soothing, allowing the breath to gradually unfold.
