足早に過ぎゆく日常の中で、 ただ流れていくだけの景色の中にある遠ざかる灯りと、 そこに住む出会うことのない人々の営みを想像しながら描くことで、 一瞬の記憶を確かなものにできると思っています。 移り変わる季節や空の色と、薄れていく温度の記憶や感じていた想いを留めるために絵画にしています。 油井 祥子 he retreating lights found within the landscapes that simply flow by ̶ imagining the lives of people I will never meet who dwell within them ̶ believing that through this act, I can make the memories of fleeting moments something certain and real. I turn these moments into paintings in order to hold onto the shifting seasons and the colors of the sky, along with the fading memories of warmth and the feelings I once carried. Gallery 38では、4月4日（土）より油井祥子の初個展「境界に至る」を開催いたします。 油井 祥子は、長野を拠点に活動するアーティストです。2019年に東京藝術大学美術学部絵画科油画専攻を卒業し、2023年以降、長野や東京を中心に作品発表を行ってきました。 油井の作品は、学生時代から一貫して、大きな空と地平線によって構成された風景を主題としています。22cm程度の小品から、つなげると幅10メートルにも及ぶ連作まで、その大きさはさまざまですが、これまで優に50点を超える作品のほとんどにおいて、空と大地というシンプルな構図が繰り返し描かれてきました。
ー 彼女の描く風景は、ある意味で「窓」のように機能し、キャンバスという枠のなかに映し出される極めてシンプルで写実的な風景は、見る者によって抽象的にも感傷的にも感じられます。それは、私たちが広大な風景をどこか非現実のように、あるいは非常に個人的なものとして見つめる、流動的な視点と重なります。見る人によって、ある時には朝の風景に、別の瞬間には夜の景色に見えることもあるように、どのように記憶や感情と強く結びつくかは、鑑賞者に委ねられています。 ー 「境界に至る」というタイトルには、空と地面の境界、その先にある風景へと辿り着こうとする思いが込められています。迷いながらも、好きな風景を「普通に描き続ける」という原点に何度も立ち戻る油井。その先にある風景を、私たちもまた 静かに見つめています。 展覧会詳細 : 油井 祥子 「 境界に至る 」 会期: 2026年4月4日(土) - 5月17日(日) 開廊時間: 12:00 - 19:00 休廊日: 月、火、祝日 作家在廊: 4月4日(土)、オープニングレセプション 18:00-20:00 image: 夜はまた明ける / Night Will Dawn Again 2025 Oil on canvas Framed 31.8x41 cm

今回は、Gallery38としてアートフェア東京では初めてのグループ展形式で、9名のアーティストの作品をご紹介させていただきましたが、38カラーが出た展示になったと思います。 お立ち寄りくださった皆様、フェアの皆様、ありがとうございました。 ⁡ 次の展覧会は、4月4日(土)より、今回のフェアでも小作品をご紹介しておりました、油井祥子の初個展「境界に至る」となります。 初日は作家在廊にて18:00-20:00までオープニングも開催いたしますので、是非皆様お誘い合わせの上、お立ち寄りくださいませ。 お待ちしております。 ⁡ ⁡ Art Fair Tokyo has come to a close.
This time, Gallery38 presented a group exhibition at Art Fair Tokyo for the first time., featuring works by nine artists. We believe it was a presentation that truly reflected the character of Gallery 38. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who visited our booth, as well as to the gallery and fair staff for their support. ⁡ Our next exhibition will be “Reaching the Threshold”, the first solo exhibition by Shoko Yui, opening on Saturday, April 4.
We also introduced some of her smaller works at our booth during the fair. An opening reception will be held on the first day from 18:00 to 20:00, with the artist in attendance.
