For the past six months, my work wife @cmonachino and I have been busy organizing and pouring our Taurus energy into a new exhibition at @oygprojects . And it’s finally here! ✨⏳✨
Still Point brings together eleven artists who challenge conventional perceptions of time. The exhibition is inspired by one of my favorite poems, Burnt Norton by T.S. Eliot, in which he reflects on the paradoxes of time
-how past, present, and future exist as an integrated whole, with the present carrying both echoes of what has been and anticipation of what is to come.
The exhibition will be on view from September 6
through October 5, 2025, with an opening reception on Saturday, September 6, from 6 to 8 pm.
The AMAZING artists participating in the exhibition are: @larissa.bates@amybrener@rachellebussieres@laaang@oliviacjia@carolina__jimenez@abigaillucien@heidi_norton@sahanabanana@jayrye7@tracyhelenathomason
We can’t wait to share it with you-come hang out, toast the show, and maybe even lose track of time with us.

Still Point’s zine launch is October 9, from 6 to 8 pm—we hope to see you there! 💖
The exhibition is bookended by poetry: inspired by and opening with T. S. Eliot’s Burnt Norton, it closes with Ramya Ramana’s 1945 then 1971 then 1993 then 1995 then 2018. Both texts are included in the accompanying zine, placing past and present in dialogue—echoing the exhibition’s very concept. At the launch, Ramya will read her poem at 7 pm. ✨🎙️✨

“Through material, memory, and mythology, the artists in Still Point open portals into layered temporalities, where reflection and possibility converge. In this suspended space, the limits of chronology dissolve, allowing for a deeper reckoning with change, continuity, and presence. The exhibition unfolds across three thematic frameworks: Time as Medium and Form
-works that engage with time through process, structure, and temporal markers; Time as Cultural Memory and Legacy-works that explore time through identity, generational knowledge, and familial histories; and Time as Myth and Narrative-works that draw on storytelling, speculative worlds, and reimagined cosmologies.”
