صُمّم الوسام من قبل مُصممين إماراتيين، ليحتفي بالتراث الوطني، ويجمع رموزاً تجسد الهوية الوطنية. حيث يرمز الصقر في قلب التصميم إلى الرؤية والمرونة، وتظهر الشمس من حوله مصدراً للحياة والطاقة، ويمثل الحصن الحماية والتقاليد. بينما ترمز حبات الخرز إلى وحدة الإمارات السبع، ويتزين شريط الوسام بنقوش السدو تكريماً للحرف اليدوية البدوية. يكتمل التصميم الملهم بقطعة نقدية في المنتصف تحتفي بالإرث الثقافي والوطني لدولة الإمارات ومستقبلها.

Designed by Emirati designers, the Order is an ode to the nation’s heritage, woven with symbols that embody its identity. At its heart, the Falcon represents vision and resilience, surrounded by the Sun—a source of life and energy—and the Fort, symbolising protection and tradition. Beads signify the unity of the seven Emirates, while Al-Sadu patterns on the ribbon honour Bedouin craftsmanship. A minted coin at the center completes this inspiring design, celebrating the UAE’s cultural legacy and future.
