Is the internet a safe space for men?
Right now? No.
Too many men log on looking for guidance and leave with confusion.
Mocked for vulnerability.
Shamed for emotion.
Pulled between passivity, toxicity and silence.
And while negative voices grow louder, too many good men stay quiet.
That has to change.
We cannot surrender the online space to narratives that destroy men, families and communities.
We need more men showing up with wisdom.
More platforms promoting healthy masculinity.
More organisations building real brotherhood.
More conversations rooted in truth, growth and accountability.
The answer isnāt to retreat and cower.
The answer is rebuilding the narrative, locally, nationally and globally.

I often get asked by women, what they can do to help their partner or the men in their lives to communicate better.
Here I share a few thoughts on something that I often find happens in a lot of relationships.
Length of conversations can matter, but itās not the be all and end all.
Priority should be given to both parties making space for one another to communicate clearly and freely within the boundaries of respect.
