Baltimore Police Department and hundreds of other agencies have adopted a safer, more effective restraint method called the @SafeWrapSystem .
For the first time, law enforcement, fire/EMS, clinical personnel, and other first responders are being trained in the same restraint method. SafeWrap improves communication and increases subject control while reducing the risk of injury by facilitating free breathing and enabling constant medical monitoring of the subject.
What CPR is to emergency first aid, SafeWrap is to emergency restraint.
If you work in law enforcement, fire/EMS, or healthcare, (or know someone who does) share this video so that the leaders in charge take notice.
SafeWrap is patent pending worldwide and requires a license for institutional use. Law enforcement agencies may obtain a license at no cost once their instructors complete the SafeWrap Instructor Certification Course.
Thank you to @GadiNBC for coming out to experience SafeWrap first-hand.
The next instructor course is May 20-21 in Los Angeles CA. Learn more and get certified at SafeWrapSystem.com
