HI. said I would get better at this whole social media thing but the attempt will likely last the week so here’s the newsletter for 2025 lol
1. I work all the time. Like way too much. But also I have so many amazing projects that I will maybe blast you with all at once… eventually
2. I’ve been auditioning for Zenny’s band but he’ll likely go solo before I can make the cut
3. Trying to be the most loving, present mom/wife I can be
4. Celebrated monumental moments with the people I love most
5. Mostly out here just trying to survive and not miss a beat. Working, mom-ing, wife-ing, friending and overall surviving is hard. Like fr how yalllll out here doing this.
That said maybe see ya for a few more posts then I’m out again lol k bye love u guysss

First project back as a mom, first time working with these incredible friends, first time seeing something I produced on the big screen. In this new season of life, I thought I had nothing left to give. Then I produced an entire feature film. Life’s funny like that sometimes. So incredibly grateful for this journey and the people that were there along the way. LAST LA SCREENING TONIGHT. I promise you don’t want to miss this. Tickets in my bio and story 🫶 @spaceandtimefilm
📍A trip to Vietnam—
.
My parents and I have been talking about going back to Vietnam for years… long before the pandemic even hit. Now that we finally found a sliver of time, we had the chance to experience it through THREE generations of family. My parents, Gabri and I, and our 1.5 yr old son. I was born in the USA, so hearing stories about my parents upbringing in Vietnam felt like some foreign other world. During the Vietnam War, they escaped the country as children to the US, were war refugees, met in college, got married, had a family, and made an honest living from the ground up. (That’s a VERY short summary for depths and depths of crazy life stories they have) I can only imagine the type of resilience the human spirit goes through to experience something like that. So, to come back with them after all these years, along with our family… was nothing short of special.

2023 was a year of so much change. I gained so much. But I also released and mourned everything I once embodied as my identity… my jobs, my city, my community, my free time & even the body I once felt comfortable in. It’s been challenging learning to navigate this new life im building. It feels like starting from the beginning and it’s often scary and lonely and every feeling you wish you didn’t have to feel at this point in your life. Ultimately, evolution is a continuous journey. And I’m grateful I’m still learning, growing and stepping into better versions of myself every day… no matter how difficult. So here is the latest evolution of me. Grateful, broken, filled with love, exhausted, lost and hopeful.
In the midst of all the timeline highlight reels, know that there are lows too. And both are okay and beautiful and are shaping us all in the best ways. Here’s to another year of ebbs and flows.
