This trip feels very special to me. Not only because I’ll be teaching, but because I’m also coming back to compete. After my injury and not being able to compete last year, just being here again feels like a big win for me. Honestly, feeling good and proud of what I’ve prepared after everything that happened last year means more than anything.
It’s also my first time staying longer this long far from home… but. I’m going with two amazing humans I truly consider family @lorena_oneill_pole & @luciebb_tonic . Thank you for welcoming me, for making me part of your team, and for supporting me the way you do. Having you with me makes everything feel a lot easier and more special.

I always see a transition as an opportunity to stand out and think outside the box. Here you have 4 different transitions that all start from the same movement, but each one finishes in a different way. I can even say there are more advanced variations that come from this same beginning.

A transition that took me a while to figure out.
It went from an accident, to a very unclean draft, to this. And I really love it!!
Transitions open new paths. They give you more room to play, explore, and discover. Transitions are definitely magical.
They can be just as challenging as creating a shape. Even though many of them started as “just a movement” with no name, they hold so much value in the growth of our sport.

What a beautiful way to start your spin pass
I taught all the beginning of this combo this past Saturday but the beginning was from a standing position , we work with:
-Different ways so start
- strengthen tips for this specific grip
- dirfferent hand grips & shapes from here
And it made me think what if I start even lower… so this is another variation and more motivation for you to work with this hand grip.
If you want to purchase the recording I will leven on on my stories and my bio so you can have easy access too, we also work on another combo with some variations of a transitions I love so much, but that’s for another day.
